Tambi\u00e9n puede iniciarse de manera anticipada, especialmente por quienes presentan adeudos y desean acceder a subsidios. El objetivo es mantener actualizado el padr\u00f3n vehicular y brindar certeza jur\u00eddica sobre la propiedad de los veh\u00edculos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los beneficios vigentes de enero a agosto de 2026 contemplan:<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A) Placas 2021<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>-100% de condonaci\u00f3n del ISAVAU para quienes pagaron tenencia 2025 antes del 31 de diciembre.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-50% de condonaci\u00f3n para quienes regularicen la tenencia entre enero y abril de 2026.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-100% de condonaci\u00f3n en tenencia, refrendo y accesorios de 2024 y anteriores; se cubren 2025 y 2026.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B) Placas vencidas en 2025 y anteriores<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>-Condonaci\u00f3n total de tenencia, refrendo y accesorios de 2023 y a\u00f1os previos.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Pago \u00fanicamente de 2024, 2025 y 2026.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calendario por terminaci\u00f3n: 1-2 abril; 3-4 mayo; 5-6 junio; 7-8 julio; 9-0 agosto. Las placas expedidas de septiembre a diciembre de 2021 conservan su vigencia y deber\u00e1n renovarse dentro de los 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores a su vencimiento o de forma anticipada.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tr\u00e1mite puede realizarse en l\u00ednea, con entrega a domicilio, o de manera presencial en Centros de Servicios Fiscales, previa cita. Requisitos: documento que acredite la propiedad, identificaci\u00f3n oficial vigente, comprobante de domicilio y placas anteriores o constancia de extrav\u00edo.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para orientaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n disponibles los tel\u00e9fonos 070, 800 696 96 96 y 800 715 43 50, el correo asismex@edomex.gob.mx y los canales oficiales de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas.
