{"id":101094,"date":"2026-03-06T05:18:03","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T11:18:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=101094"},"modified":"2026-03-06T05:18:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T11:18:06","slug":"presenta-ieem-estudio-sobre-el-proceso-electoral-de-la-eleccion-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=101094","title":{"rendered":"Presenta IEEM estudio sobre el proceso electoral de la Elecci\u00f3n Judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-El estudio fue realizado por el Instituto para las Transiciones Integrales LATAM (IFITLATAM).<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa fortaleza de un proceso electoral no depende \u00fanicamente de que se lleve a cabo, sino tambi\u00e9n de la capacidad institucional para evaluarlo, aprender de su desarrollo e introducir mejoras que fortalezcan su calidad t\u00e9cnica y su legitimidad\u201d, asever\u00f3 la Consejera Presidenta del Instituto Electoral del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IEEM), Amalia Pulido G\u00f3mez, en la presentaci\u00f3n de la publicaci\u00f3n Selecci\u00f3n Judicial en M\u00e9xico: Lecciones aprendidas del proceso de selecci\u00f3n de cargos en cortes de \u00faltima instancia (2024\u20132025).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pulido G\u00f3mez explic\u00f3 que el estudio, realizado por el Instituto para las Transiciones Integrales LATAM (IFITLATAM), centr\u00f3 su an\u00e1lisis en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n de candidaturas y en las condiciones institucionales que hicieron posible el desarrollo de la Elecci\u00f3n Judicial Extraordinaria 2024-2025.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puntualiz\u00f3 que, tradicionalmente, la selecci\u00f3n de candidaturas es una funci\u00f3n propia de los partidos pol\u00edticos; sin embargo, la elecci\u00f3n judicial modific\u00f3 ese paradigma, generando nuevos esquemas de selecci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De igual manera, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el redise\u00f1o introducido por la reforma al Poder Judicial modific\u00f3 el esquema tradicional de postulaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de candidaturas, trasladando el proceso a los Comit\u00e9s de Evaluaci\u00f3n que se encargaron de recibir, revisar, valorar y seleccionar los perfiles.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pulido G\u00f3mez agreg\u00f3 que este primer ejercicio permiti\u00f3 advertir que se trata de un modelo de alta complejidad que exige capacidades institucionales, herramientas t\u00e9cnicas y reglas de operaci\u00f3n acordes con su alcance.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Consejera Presidenta destac\u00f3 que, en el caso del Estado de M\u00e9xico, el IEEM afront\u00f3 este reto con profesionalismo, seriedad y capacidad institucional, en un contexto complejo, marcado por reglas nuevas, tiempos reducidos y exigencias operativas in\u00e9ditas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este esfuerzo, dijo Pulido G\u00f3mez, fue posible gracias a la solidez t\u00e9cnica de las \u00e1reas del Instituto, pero tambi\u00e9n a la capacidad y disposici\u00f3n de \u201cpensar fuera de la caja\u201d, pues el proceso requiri\u00f3 un alto grado de creatividad, responsabilidad y profesionalismo.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De igual manera, subray\u00f3 que, aunque existen \u00e1reas de oportunidad, ejercicios como el estudio Selecci\u00f3n Judicial en M\u00e9xico: Lecciones aprendidas del proceso de selecci\u00f3n de cargos en cortes de \u00faltima instancia (2024\u20132025), permiten evaluar lo ocurrido y generar aprendizajes que contribuyan a mejorar futuros procesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-El estudio fue realizado por el Instituto para las Transiciones Integrales LATAM (IFITLATAM). \u201cLa fortaleza de un proceso electoral no depende \u00fanicamente de que se lleve a cabo, sino tambi\u00e9n de la capacidad institucional para evaluarlo, aprender de su desarrollo e introducir mejoras que fortalezcan su calidad t\u00e9cnica y su legitimidad\u201d, asever\u00f3 la Consejera Presidenta [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":101098,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[36],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-101094","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-edomex"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
