{"id":101259,"date":"2026-03-10T05:42:11","date_gmt":"2026-03-10T11:42:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=101259"},"modified":"2026-03-10T05:42:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T11:42:13","slug":"igualdad-exige-conviccion-voluntad-y-acciones-concretas-pjedomex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=101259","title":{"rendered":"Igualdad exige convicci\u00f3n, voluntad y acciones concretas: PJEdom\u00e9x"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Resalt\u00f3 H\u00e9ctor Macedo la creaci\u00f3n del Juzgado LIBRE, suma de esfuerzos que brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n oportuna a mujeres que se encuentren en peligro.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa igualdad entre mujeres y hombres exige algo m\u00e1s que normas o compromisos formales, exige convicci\u00f3n, voluntad institucional y acciones concretas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Magistrado H\u00e9ctor Macedo Garc\u00eda, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico, en el marco de la firma \u201cCompromiso por la Igualdad\u201d encabezada y suscrita por la Gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Magistrado Presidente destac\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del Juzgado LIBRE suma de esfuerzos de los tres Poderes, la Fiscal\u00eda de Justicia y la CODHEM; explic\u00f3 que una sola llamada de cualquier mujer ser\u00e1 atendida de manera inmediata, a fin de proteger la vida y los derechos de cada una de ellas, pues la erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia no es un sue\u00f1o, es una aspiraci\u00f3n constante y un deber institucional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manifest\u00f3 que la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero es una herramienta, un elemento para juzgar y abatir las desigualdades, pero lo verdaderamente trascendental de esta visi\u00f3n es la conciencia de las y los servidores p\u00fablicos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Gobernadora G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez present\u00f3 el dec\u00e1logo que gu\u00eda y vincula el \u201cCompromiso por la Igualdad\u201d, algunos de sus principios son: igualdad de trato y participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en los \u00e1mbitos social, pol\u00edtico, cultural y econ\u00f3mico para asegurar la paridad de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como la atenci\u00f3n especializada a v\u00edctimas; promoci\u00f3n de la cultura de denuncia ante actos de discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia contra las mujeres; impulsar la transversalidad de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en la planeaci\u00f3n, presupuestaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de programas, garantizando la asignaci\u00f3n de recursos suficientes para avanzar hacia la igualdad sustantiva.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mandataria mexiquense destac\u00f3 y reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo del Poder Judicial, la LXIl legislatura, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos, la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres y a los integrantes de la Mesa de Paz por su participaci\u00f3n y compromiso en el impulso de reformas como la que da vida al Juzgado LIBRE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Resalt\u00f3 H\u00e9ctor Macedo la creaci\u00f3n del Juzgado LIBRE, suma de esfuerzos que brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n oportuna a mujeres que se encuentren en peligro. \u201cLa igualdad entre mujeres y hombres exige algo m\u00e1s que normas o compromisos formales, exige convicci\u00f3n, voluntad institucional y acciones concretas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Magistrado H\u00e9ctor Macedo Garc\u00eda, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":101262,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[36],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-101259","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-edomex"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
