{"id":101580,"date":"2026-03-12T16:50:13","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T22:50:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=101580"},"modified":"2026-03-12T16:50:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T22:50:20","slug":"detectan-324-plazas-fantasma-en-el-sistema-educativo-del-edomex-investigan-posible-red-de-aviadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=101580","title":{"rendered":"DETECTAN 324 PLAZAS FANTASMA EN EL SISTEMA EDUCATIVO DEL EDOM\u00c9X; INVESTIGAN POSIBLE RED DE \u201cAVIADORES\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una presunta red de \u201caviadores\u201d dentro del sistema educativo del <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> encendi\u00f3 las alertas en el gobierno estatal, luego de que la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n (SECTI)<\/strong> detectara irregularidades en el registro de personal docente que presuntamente cobraba salarios sin desempe\u00f1ar funciones en escuelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras una revisi\u00f3n administrativa y de la base de datos de n\u00f3mina, la dependencia identific\u00f3 <strong>324 plazas vinculadas a Claves de Centro de Trabajo (CCT) inexistentes o que ya no estaban vigentes<\/strong>, pese a lo cual se realizaban pagos de manera peri\u00f3dica, lo que podr\u00eda representar un posible desv\u00edo de recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hallazgo surgi\u00f3 a partir de un informe interno emitido el <strong>5 de febrero por la Direcci\u00f3n de Secundarias Generales y T\u00e9cnicas<\/strong>, donde se alert\u00f3 sobre inconsistencias en los registros de adscripci\u00f3n del personal docente. A partir de ello se inici\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis que permiti\u00f3 detectar un patr\u00f3n de pagos asociados a plazas sin respaldo institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las investigaciones preliminares plantean dos posibles escenarios: <strong>manipulaci\u00f3n interna del sistema de n\u00f3mina por parte de funcionarios con acceso a los registros administrativos o una intrusi\u00f3n externa que permiti\u00f3 introducir datos falsos<\/strong> en el sistema de pagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante la magnitud del posible fraude, la SECTI <strong>present\u00f3 una denuncia formal ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico el 26 de febrero<\/strong>, con el fin de investigar el origen de las irregularidades, identificar a los beneficiarios y determinar posibles responsabilidades penales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una presunta red de \u201caviadores\u201d dentro del sistema educativo del Estado de M\u00e9xico encendi\u00f3 las alertas en el gobierno estatal, luego de que la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n (SECTI) detectara irregularidades en el registro de personal docente que presuntamente cobraba salarios sin desempe\u00f1ar funciones en escuelas.
