Un gobierno que valora a su gente fortalece sus instituciones y mejora su capacidad de servir\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Montoya M\u00e1rquez, destacando que este convenio es el resultado de un di\u00e1logo basado en el respeto y la responsabilidad social.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, la representaci\u00f3n sindical coincidi\u00f3 en que la firma brinda certeza jur\u00eddica a los trabajadores y refuerza el mensaje de unidad y coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Ayuntamiento y el sindicato.
