{"id":102319,"date":"2026-03-23T06:21:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-23T12:21:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=102319"},"modified":"2026-03-23T06:21:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T12:21:34","slug":"consolida-cdmx-acciones-para-garantizar-hospedajes-seguros-y-en-regla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=102319","title":{"rendered":"Consolida CDMX acciones para garantizar hospedajes seguros y en regla"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Como resultado, se llevaron a cabo tres suspensiones, cuatro reposiciones de sellos y la detenci\u00f3n de cuatro personas por quebrantamiento de sellos.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte del fortalecimiento de acciones para proteger a la ciudadan\u00eda y garantizar condiciones seguras en los espacios de alojamiento, el Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico llev\u00f3 a cabo la segunda semana de operativos de verificaci\u00f3n en establecimientos que ofrecen servicios de hospedaje.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las acciones se realizaron los d\u00edas 19 y 20 de marzo en distintos puntos de las alcald\u00edas Cuauht\u00e9moc, Coyoac\u00e1n, Benito Ju\u00e1rez y Miguel Hidalgo, con el objetivo de constatar que estos establecimientos cuenten con la documentaci\u00f3n y permisos necesarios para su correcta operaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como con las condiciones que marca la normatividad vigente.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos operativos fueron encabezados por la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (SECGOB), en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Instituto de Verificaci\u00f3n Administrativa (INVEA), la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) y la Secretar\u00eda de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos y Protecci\u00f3n Civil (SGIRPC), como parte de una estrategia interinstitucional orientada a la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos y la protecci\u00f3n de las personas usuarias.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como resultado de estas acciones, se llevaron a cabo tres suspensiones de actividades y cuatro reposiciones de sellos de suspensi\u00f3n. En estos \u00faltimos casos, se realiz\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de cuatro personas por el quebrantamiento de sellos, toda vez que los establecimientos continuaron operando pese a haber sido previamente suspendidos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe destacar que, en algunos de estos lugares, los responsables no informaron a las personas hospedadas sobre la situaci\u00f3n legal del inmueble, manteniendo el servicio de manera irregular e incluso realizando cobros, lo que gener\u00f3 inconformidad entre quienes habitaban estos espacios.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En uno de los establecimientos, las autoridades realizaron la reposici\u00f3n de sellos sin bloquear el acceso, debido a que en el interior se encontraban personas con condiciones m\u00e9dicas que requer\u00edan el uso de ox\u00edgeno. En atenci\u00f3n a sus derechos y priorizando su bienestar, se otorg\u00f3 un plazo de 48 horas para que pudieran desalojar el lugar de manera segura.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo de estas acciones es proteger a la ciudadan\u00eda, especialmente a quienes utilizan estos espacios como alternativa de alojamiento, garantizando que lo hagan en condiciones seguras, dignas y dentro del marco legal.
