Al respecto, la Consejera Presidenta Amalia Pulido G\u00f3mez enfatiz\u00f3 que se trata de una propuesta responsable, elaborada bajo criterios de austeridad, racionalidad y eficiencia en el uso de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pulido G\u00f3mez subray\u00f3 que el financiamiento solicitado tiene como prop\u00f3sito garantizar las condiciones m\u00ednimas indispensables para que el Instituto cumpla adecuadamente con su funci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como avanzar de manera oportuna en las tareas preparatorias del pr\u00f3ximo proceso electoral.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detall\u00f3 que la ampliaci\u00f3n del presupuesto solicitada es de 361.5 millones de pesos, de los que 25.08% ser\u00e1 destinado para actividades ordinarias y 74.92% a la preparaci\u00f3n del proceso electoral de 2027, incluyendo contrataci\u00f3n de personal, operaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos desconcentrados, materiales electorales y un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Destac\u00f3 que, como parte de un esfuerzo institucional por ajustar requerimientos, priorizar recursos y garantizar un uso responsable del gasto p\u00fablico sin afectar la calidad de las elecciones ni la confianza ciudadana en los procesos, el monto aprobado para el ajuste presupuestal es 94 millones de pesos menor al originalmente previsto en 2025.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La consejera electoral Karina Ivonne Vaquera Montoya vot\u00f3 a favor del Acuerdo y reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de las \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas, al se\u00f1alar que sus proyectos permiten una planeaci\u00f3n clara y ordenada e indic\u00f3 que esta labor refleja experiencia y compromiso institucional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, precis\u00f3 que el proceso electoral de 2027 ser\u00e1 especialmente complejo, ya que implicar\u00e1 la renovaci\u00f3n de ayuntamientos, diputaciones y una posible elecci\u00f3n judicial.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La consejera electoral July Erika Armenta Paulino se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la ampliaci\u00f3n presupuestal es indispensable para garantizar la calidad de las elecciones en congruencia con el est\u00e1ndar que el Instituto ha sostenido durante tres d\u00e9cadas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Consejera Electoral Flor Angeli Vieyra V\u00e1zquez precis\u00f3 que el ajuste es necesario y proporcional, derivado de un an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico realizado por todas las \u00e1reas administrativas del L<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Consejera Electoral Paula Melgarejo Salgado indic\u00f3 que la ampliaci\u00f3n del presupuesto es congruente con ajustes previos realizados por las \u00e1reas administrativas del IEEM.
