{"id":103305,"date":"2026-04-16T06:40:44","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T12:40:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=103305"},"modified":"2026-04-16T06:43:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T12:43:12","slug":"gem-envia-iniciativa-para-blindar-a-periodistas-en-la-entidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=103305","title":{"rendered":"GEM env\u00eda iniciativa para blindar a periodistas en la entidad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-La iniciativa incluye salud, becas, apoyos funerarios y un modelo preventivo con enfoque de derechos humanos.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">La gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez envi\u00f3 al Congreso mexiquense una iniciativa de reforma para fortalecer la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Periodistas y Personas Defensoras de los Derechos Humanos, con el objetivo de garantizar condiciones m\u00e1s seguras, dignas y justas para el ejercicio de esta labor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta, construida a partir del di\u00e1logo con el gremio period\u00edstico y organizaciones civiles, plantea un cambio de fondo al pasar de un modelo reactivo a uno preventivo, con enfoque social y de derechos humanos, alineado al Plan de Desarrollo del Estado de M\u00e9xico 2023\u20132029.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los principales avances, la iniciativa incorpora el acceso a servicios de salud mediante IMSS-Bienestar y esquemas de aseguramiento para periodistas independientes, atendiendo una de las principales demandas del sector. Adem\u00e1s, impulsa la capacitaci\u00f3n continua y el otorgamiento de becas educativas para periodistas y sus familias.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto tambi\u00e9n contempla apoyos funerarios para casos en los que periodistas o personas defensoras pierdan la vida derivado de su actividad, as\u00ed como medidas preventivas como mecanismos de identificaci\u00f3n voluntaria para reforzar su seguridad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, se fortalece la atenci\u00f3n con enfoque diferenciado para grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, incluyendo comunidades ind\u00edgenas, poblaci\u00f3n afromexicana, migrantes y diversidad sexual.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa propone adem\u00e1s robustecer el Consejo Consultivo del Mecanismo de Protecci\u00f3n, con mayor representaci\u00f3n regional, paridad de g\u00e9nero y criterios transparentes de selecci\u00f3n, para garantizar decisiones m\u00e1s cercanas a la realidad del territorio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-La iniciativa incluye salud, becas, apoyos funerarios y un modelo preventivo con enfoque de derechos humanos.
