Error legal deja su marca en manos de su padre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cantante Christian Nodal enfrenta una nueva pol\u00e9mica, luego de que se revelara que los derechos sobre su nombre art\u00edstico y parte de su carrera profesional est\u00e1n legalmente registrados a nombre de su padre, Jaime Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n difundida por la periodista Flor Rubio, el registro fue renovado ante el Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI), luego de que Jaime Gonz\u00e1lez realizara el tr\u00e1mite desde octubre de 2025 y obtuviera la autorizaci\u00f3n en abril de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El origen del problema radica en que el padre del artista ya era titular de la marca desde los inicios de su carrera, por lo que tuvo prioridad legal al momento de renovar los derechos.
