{"id":103423,"date":"2026-04-17T06:29:44","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T12:29:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=103423"},"modified":"2026-04-17T06:30:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T12:30:31","slug":"clara-brugada-beneficiara-a-155-mil-personas-mediante-incu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=103423","title":{"rendered":"Clara Brugada beneficiar\u00e1 a 155 mil personas mediante INCU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>El Ingreso Ciudadano Universal consolida un modelo de bienestar progresivo que garantiza apoyo econ\u00f3mico continuo a lo largo de la vida.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">La jefa de Gobierno, Clara Brugada Molina, encabez\u00f3 la primera entrega de 20 mil nuevos apoyos del programa Ingreso Ciudadano Universal (INCU) para personas de 57 a 59 a\u00f1os, con lo que suman al d\u00eda de hoy, un total de 107 mil 610 personas beneficiadas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el evento, la mandataria capitalina destac\u00f3 que este programa marca un precedente al reconocer el acceso al ingreso como un derecho universal, sin distinciones socioecon\u00f3micas, y con un \u00fanico requisito: la edad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para 2026, el Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico proyecta incorporar a 155 mil personas a este programa, como parte de una estrategia m\u00e1s amplia que beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 2.5 millones de habitantes mediante distintos apoyos sociales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos operativos, inform\u00f3 que el INCU otorgar\u00e1 un apoyo inicial de 2 mil pesos bimestrales, que aumentar\u00e1 conforme las personas transiten hacia otros programas sociales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Destac\u00f3 la continuidad de esta visi\u00f3n social durante la administraci\u00f3n federal de Claudia Sheinbaum, particularmente con la expansi\u00f3n de programas universales dirigidos a la ni\u00f1ez y otros sectores.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secretario de Bienestar e Igualdad Social (SEBIEN), Pablo Yanes Rizo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico marc\u00f3 un avance en el reconocimiento del derecho al m\u00ednimo vital.
