{"id":103783,"date":"2026-04-23T06:44:40","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T12:44:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=103783"},"modified":"2026-04-23T06:44:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T12:44:53","slug":"iecm-amplia-plazos-del-presupuesto-participativo-para-pueblos-originarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=103783","title":{"rendered":"IECM ampl\u00eda plazos del Presupuesto Participativo para pueblos originarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>El Instituto otorg\u00f3 28 d\u00edas adicionales para garantizar deliberaciones sin presi\u00f3n y con apego a los sistemas normativos internos.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">El Consejo General del Instituto Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (IECM) aprob\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n de los plazos del proceso de Presupuesto Participativo 2026 y 2027 en pueblos y barrios originarios, con el objetivo de fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n comunitaria y asegurar que ninguna comunidad quede excluida del ejercicio.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n establece una pr\u00f3rroga de 28 d\u00edas, por lo que la fecha l\u00edmite para la definici\u00f3n de proyectos se recorre al 17 de mayo, mientras que la entrega formal a las alcald\u00edas ser\u00e1 el 18 de mayo.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el IECM, originalmente el periodo de asambleas conclu\u00eda el 19 de abril; sin embargo, se detect\u00f3 un avance desigual en el territorio, con comunidades que ya han concluido sus propuestas y otras que a\u00fan se encuentran en proceso de di\u00e1logo y organizaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00f3rgano electoral se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la ampliaci\u00f3n no solo responde a un ajuste de calendario, sino que constituye un mecanismo para garantizar condiciones de deliberaci\u00f3n sin presiones externas, respetando los tiempos y formas de decisi\u00f3n propios de cada comunidad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida est\u00e1 dirigida particularmente a pueblos y barrios originarios, donde las decisiones se toman a trav\u00e9s de asambleas comunitarias y bajo sistemas normativos internos, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de esquemas de votaci\u00f3n convencionales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El IECM subray\u00f3 que esta flexibilidad busca asegurar que los proyectos del presupuesto se definan bajo principios de legalidad, certeza y participaci\u00f3n, permitiendo que las comunidades decidan el destino de los recursos p\u00fablicos en rubros como infraestructura, rescate de espacios p\u00fablicos y acciones culturales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta determinaci\u00f3n, el instituto reafirma su compromiso con la inclusi\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento de los procesos de democracia participativa en la capital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto otorg\u00f3 28 d\u00edas adicionales para garantizar deliberaciones sin presi\u00f3n y con apego a los sistemas normativos internos.
