Madero, la titular del Instituto subray\u00f3 que el ICAT CDMX se ha consolidado como un referente en capacitaci\u00f3n laboral y certificaci\u00f3n de competencias, con m\u00e1s de 90 cursos disponibles, 20 de ellos en l\u00ednea y gratuitos, y con validez oficial de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SEP).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los principales logros fue el incremento del 68% en el n\u00famero de personas capacitadas, al pasar de 28 mil 332 en 2024 a 47 mil 772 en 2025, convirti\u00e9ndose en el \u00fanico ICAT del pa\u00eds con cobertura nacional mediante la modalidad en l\u00ednea. Asimismo, se realizaron 2 mil 784 procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n con fines de certificaci\u00f3n y 2 mil 683 personas obtuvieron su certificado de competencia laboral.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Gobierno franc\u00e9s y la Uni\u00f3n Europea, a trav\u00e9s de la agencia Expertise France, se capacita y certifica a 200 mujeres en atenci\u00f3n, cuidado y desarrollo integral de ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os en estancias infantiles, contribuyendo as\u00ed al Sistema P\u00fablico de Cuidados que impulsa la Jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Clara Brugada Molina.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En materia de inclusi\u00f3n, el ICAT Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, de la mano con su cabeza de sector, la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo y Fomento al Empleo, capacit\u00f3 a 23 mil 741 personas pertenecientes a grupos de atenci\u00f3n prioritaria, incluyendo personas de la diversidad sexual, trabajadoras del hogar y personas privadas de la libertad, con el objetivo de que puedan construir un nuevo proyecto de vida mediante el acceso a un empleo digno.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Directora General afirm\u00f3 que \u201cla capacitaci\u00f3n es una herramienta fundamental para impulsar la autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y construir una ciudad m\u00e1s justa e igualitaria\u201d, y reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de posicionar al ICAT Ciudad de M\u00e9xico como un referente nacional en formaci\u00f3n para el trabajo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Uno de los principales logros fue el incremento del 68% en el n\u00famero de personas capacitadas, al pasar de 28 mil 332 en 2024 a 47 mil 772 en 2025.
