Su titular, Daniela P\u00e9rez Calder\u00f3n, aclar\u00f3 que estos se\u00f1alamientos carecen de sustento y precis\u00f3 que, a nivel nacional, 891 municipios en 26 entidades participan en esquemas similares de coordinaci\u00f3n fiscal.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos convenios permiten a los municipios acceder al 30% excedente del Fondo de Fomento Municipal, recurso federal previsto en la ley y distribuido a trav\u00e9s de los estados. Indic\u00f3 que, durante a\u00f1os, municipios poblanos no lograron acceder a estos fondos debido a la falta de mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Armenta Mier explic\u00f3 que, desde la creaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Coordinaci\u00f3n Fiscal en 1980, se establecieron mecanismos para descentralizar recursos y promover una mayor recaudaci\u00f3n local. En este contexto, destac\u00f3 la importancia de una relaci\u00f3n efectiva entre estado y municipios para consolidar un engranaje financiero que permita incrementar ingresos propios y acceder a mayores participaciones federales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reiter\u00f3 que esta estrategia respeta la autonom\u00eda y soberan\u00eda municipal, y tiene como objetivo elevar la recaudaci\u00f3n, fortalecer la hacienda p\u00fablica local y generar mayores beneficios para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n administrativa no retira facultades y abre acceso a mayores recursos federales.
