{"id":104287,"date":"2026-05-01T06:17:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T12:17:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104287"},"modified":"2026-05-01T06:17:25","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T12:17:25","slug":"senado-alista-ley-para-regular-la-inteligencia-artificial-en-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104287","title":{"rendered":"Senado alista ley para regular la Inteligencia Artificial en M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Buscan impulsar su desarrollo con reglas claras y coordinaci\u00f3n entre sectores<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">La Comisi\u00f3n de An\u00e1lisis, Seguimiento y Evaluaci\u00f3n sobre la Inteligencia Artificial en M\u00e9xico, encabezada por el senador Rolando Rodrigo Zapata Bello, avanza en la construcci\u00f3n de un marco normativo b\u00e1sico que permita regular y fomentar el uso de esta tecnolog\u00eda en el pa\u00eds, acompa\u00f1ado de un plan o estrategia nacional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el cierre del Seminario Nacional \u201cInteligencia Artificial para el Desarrollo de la Naci\u00f3n\u201d, el legislador explic\u00f3 que ambos instrumentos \u2014una ley y un documento ejecutivo\u2014 buscan articular esfuerzos entre gobierno, sector privado, academia y sociedad civil para impulsar una pol\u00edtica integral de desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se destac\u00f3 que la IA representa oportunidades clave en productividad, inversi\u00f3n, empleo y servicios como salud y educaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n riesgos como la p\u00e9rdida de empleos, brechas digitales y posibles usos indebidos, por lo que se busca un equilibrio entre innovaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se\u00f1alaron que la Inteligencia Artificial tambi\u00e9n representa riesgos, pues sin una regulaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y sin redireccionamiento los ciudadanos se pueden ver afectados, como es el caso de la p\u00e9rdida de algunos empleos que ser\u00e1n suplidos por la IA, la concentraci\u00f3n del poder tecnol\u00f3gico, las brechas regionales digitales, violencia digital, particularmente cuando son menores de edad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo tanto, es importante contar con una norma que maximice todas las oportunidades que el uso de la IA puede brindar, pero al mismo tiempo, para minimizar todos los riesgos que pueda generar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buscan impulsar su desarrollo con reglas claras y coordinaci\u00f3n entre sectores La Comisi\u00f3n de An\u00e1lisis, Seguimiento y Evaluaci\u00f3n sobre la Inteligencia Artificial en M\u00e9xico, encabezada por el senador Rolando Rodrigo Zapata Bello, avanza en la construcci\u00f3n de un marco normativo b\u00e1sico que permita regular y fomentar el uso de esta tecnolog\u00eda en el pa\u00eds, acompa\u00f1ado [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":104290,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[34],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-104287","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nacional"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
