{"id":104521,"date":"2026-05-07T05:39:46","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T11:39:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104521"},"modified":"2026-05-07T05:39:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T11:39:51","slug":"sabores-mezcaleros-llegara-a-coyoacan-con-gastronomia-mezcal-y-productos-artesanales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104521","title":{"rendered":"\u201cSabores Mezcaleros\u201d llegar\u00e1 a Coyoac\u00e1n con gastronom\u00eda, mezcal y productos artesanales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>El festival reunir\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 40 marcas y productores mexicanos los d\u00edas 23 y 24 de mayo en Santa Catarina, Coyoac\u00e1n.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Con el objetivo de impulsar el consumo local y apoyar a emprendedores mexicanos, fue presentada la primera edici\u00f3n del Festival Gastron\u00f3mico y Artesanal \u201cSabores Mezcaleros\u201d, que se realizar\u00e1 el 23 y 24 de mayo en Avenida Miguel \u00c1ngel de Quevedo 292, colonia Santa Catarina, en Coyoac\u00e1n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El evento contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de alrededor de 40 marcas nacionales y beneficiar\u00e1 directamente a m\u00e1s de 100 familias de productores y emprendedores mexicanos, quienes ofrecer\u00e1n productos gastron\u00f3micos, artesanales y gourmet elaborados en el pa\u00eds.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los asistentes podr\u00e1n disfrutar de tacos, cortes al carb\u00f3n, hamburguesas, choripanes, bebidas tradicionales de cacao y una amplia variedad de productos como quesos artesanales, chocolates, salsas, mermeladas y reposter\u00eda.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, reconocidos maestros mezcaleros compartir\u00e1n con el p\u00fablico informaci\u00f3n sobre las variedades de agave y los procesos de elaboraci\u00f3n del mezcal, como parte de las actividades programadas durante el festival.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esmeralda Cort\u00e9s, organizadora del evento, destac\u00f3 que este tipo de espacios permiten fortalecer la econom\u00eda local al fomentar la compra directa a productores mexicanos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSabores Mezcaleros\u201d tendr\u00e1 entrada gratuita, ser\u00e1 pet friendly y contar\u00e1 con un ambiente 100 por ciento familiar, de 11:00 a 19:00 horas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El festival reunir\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 40 marcas y productores mexicanos los d\u00edas 23 y 24 de mayo en Santa Catarina, Coyoac\u00e1n.
