{"id":104765,"date":"2026-05-12T06:09:46","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T12:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104765"},"modified":"2026-05-12T06:10:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T12:10:08","slug":"gem-cierra-paso-a-coyotes-en-tramites-y-refuerza-atencion-ciudadana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104765","title":{"rendered":"GEM cierra paso a coyotes en tr\u00e1mites y refuerza atenci\u00f3n ciudadana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Personal identificado con chaleco guinda brinda orientaci\u00f3n gratuita y segura en los Centros de Servicios Administrativos del Edom\u00e9x.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico fortaleci\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n en los Centros de Servicios Administrativos (CSA) mediante personal capacitado que brinda asesor\u00eda gratuita para realizar tr\u00e1mites de manera segura, transparente y sin intermediarios.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de la campa\u00f1a \u201c\u00a1Di No al Coyotaje!\u201d, impulsada por la Oficial\u00eda Mayor en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de la Contralor\u00eda y la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico, se busca prevenir fraudes y combatir pr\u00e1cticas indebidas en tr\u00e1mites como licencias, placas, actas y apostillas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Oficial\u00eda Mayor exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a identificar al personal autorizado mediante chaleco color guinda y gafete oficial del Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, adem\u00e1s de recordar que toda orientaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento se brinda exclusivamente al interior de los CSA y sin ning\u00fan costo.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de la campa\u00f1a \u201c\u00a1Di No al Coyotaje!\u201d, el Gobierno estatal reiter\u00f3 que ninguna persona servidora p\u00fablica puede solicitar pagos, favores o d\u00e1divas para agilizar tr\u00e1mites, al tiempo que llam\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a no recurrir a gestores externos que lucran con las necesidades de las personas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTodo se hace aqu\u00ed adentro y sin ning\u00fan costo\u201d, explic\u00f3 Irma Ju\u00e1rez Mart\u00ednez, al se\u00f1alar que los orientadores acompa\u00f1an a las personas desde su ingreso hasta concluir su gesti\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, Juan Antonio Rico Maza destac\u00f3 que el objetivo es brindar atenci\u00f3n con honestidad y empat\u00eda para evitar que la ciudadan\u00eda sea v\u00edctima de enga\u00f1os.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los Centros de Servicios Administrativos brindan atenci\u00f3n de lunes a viernes en municipios como Toluca, Ecatepec, Naucalpan y Nezahualc\u00f3yotl.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Personal identificado con chaleco guinda brinda orientaci\u00f3n gratuita y segura en los Centros de Servicios Administrativos del Edom\u00e9x.
