{"id":104923,"date":"2026-05-14T06:02:09","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T12:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104923"},"modified":"2026-05-14T06:02:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T12:02:12","slug":"toluca-fortalece-su-seguridad-con-30-patrullas-inteligentes-de-reconocimiento-facial-y-lectura-de-placas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104923","title":{"rendered":"Toluca fortalece su seguridad con 30 patrullas inteligentes de reconocimiento facial y lectura de placas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Se impulsa la estrategia tecnol\u00f3gica para reforzar la vigilancia, agilizar la respuesta policial y mantener a la baja la incidencia delictiva.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente municipal de Toluca, Ricardo Moreno Bastida, puso en marcha 30 patrullas inteligentes equipadas con tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, como parte de la estrategia integral de seguridad para ampliar la cobertura de vigilancia y fortalecer el combate a la delincuencia en Toluca.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Destac\u00f3 que las nuevas unidades cuentan con seis c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia con capacidad de reconocimiento facial, lectura autom\u00e1tica de placas y monitoreo de 360 grados, herramientas que permitir\u00e1n una reacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y precisa ante posibles hechos delictivos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explic\u00f3 que las patrullas mantienen conexi\u00f3n permanente con el Centro de Mando Municipal y el C5 estatal, lo que facilita la detecci\u00f3n en tiempo real de veh\u00edculos con reporte de robo o personas vinculadas con antecedentes delictivos, generando alertas autom\u00e1ticas para una atenci\u00f3n inmediata por parte de las corporaciones de seguridad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta estrategia tecnol\u00f3gica da continuidad al modelo de seguridad implementado desde 2025, cuando se incorporaron torres de videovigilancia y unidades equipadas que han contribuido a fortalecer la vigilancia en distintos puntos del municipio.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subray\u00f3 que uno de los principales objetivos es eliminar puntos ciegos en la cobertura de seguridad, ya que las patrullas inteligentes permiten ampliar el radio de monitoreo mientras recorren permanentemente las calles de la capital mexiquense.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En materia de transparencia y respeto a los derechos humanos, el alcalde indic\u00f3 que las unidades integran c\u00e1maras internas para supervisar cada intervenci\u00f3n policial, garantizando tanto la protecci\u00f3n de las personas detenidas como el correcto actuar de los elementos de seguridad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ricardo Moreno destac\u00f3 que los resultados de la estrategia coordinada entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno se reflejan en la disminuci\u00f3n de la incidencia delictiva, pues Toluca registr\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n del 40.47% en delitos de alto impacto durante el comparativo del primer trimestre entre 2024 y 2025, tendencia que contin\u00faa a la baja durante este 2026.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se impulsa la estrategia tecnol\u00f3gica para reforzar la vigilancia, agilizar la respuesta policial y mantener a la baja la incidencia delictiva.
