{"id":104950,"date":"2026-05-14T06:46:41","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T12:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104950"},"modified":"2026-05-14T06:46:43","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T12:46:43","slug":"samuel-garcia-firma-acuerdo-cero-clausuras-al-que-cumple-para-impulsar-a-mipymes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=104950","title":{"rendered":"Samuel Garc\u00eda firma acuerdo \u201cCero Clausuras al que Cumple\u201d para impulsar a MIPYMES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>La iniciativa facilitar\u00e1 el arranque a los negocios locales.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Para seguir impulsando el crecimiento de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas a trav\u00e9s de un gobierno flexible y facilitador, el Gobernador de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Samuel Alejandro Garc\u00eda Sep\u00falveda lanz\u00f3 el acuerdo estatal: \u201cCero Clausuras: Confianza y Legalidad para el Desarrollo\u201d.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acompa\u00f1ado por el secretario General de Gobierno, Miguel Flores, la secretaria de Econom\u00eda, Betsab\u00e9 Rocha, el Mandatario estatal destac\u00f3 que la iniciativa busca apoyar a los negocios locales para regularizarse, en lugar de cerrarlos por faltas administrativas menores, y que tengan las mismas oportunidades que las compa\u00f1\u00edas extranjeras.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante los representantes de las C\u00e1maras empresariales, el Gobernador aprovech\u00f3 para reiterar el compromiso de su administraci\u00f3n para fortalecer a las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas e hizo un llamado a la Mesa de Coordinaci\u00f3n Metropolitana para generar un proyecto municipal que sume a la iniciativa estatal y homologar procesos para la competitividad regional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betsab\u00e9 Rocha destac\u00f3 que mediante la iniciativa se busca que las empresas cumplan con la normativa a fin de evitar la clausura en negocios de bajo impacto que no impliquen un riesgo a la salud.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, Jaime Herrera, presidente de la CANACO, resalt\u00f3 que se trata de hacer un trabajo conjunto para preservar el equilibrio, con la simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y que los negocios puedan formalizarse en cosas vitales y posteriormente las secundarias.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa forma parte de la estrategia integral \u201cNuevo Le\u00f3n Cumple\u201d, con el objetivo de consolidar un modelo basado en reglas claras, tr\u00e1mites digitales, inspecciones transparentes y combate a malas pr\u00e1cticas tanto en el sector p\u00fablico como privado.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ese modo se impulsar\u00e1 la econom\u00eda y el empleo; se reducir\u00e1n cargas regulatorias; y facilitar\u00e1 que los negocios operen legalmente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La iniciativa facilitar\u00e1 el arranque a los negocios locales.
