{"id":105002,"date":"2026-05-15T06:27:25","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:27:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=105002"},"modified":"2026-05-15T06:27:33","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:27:33","slug":"gem-transforma-la-unidad-deportiva-capulhuac-con-inversion-de-16-8-mdp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=105002","title":{"rendered":"GEM transforma la Unidad Deportiva Capulhuac con inversi\u00f3n de 16.8 mdp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>La rehabilitaci\u00f3n beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 11 mil habitantes con espacios modernos, incluyentes y sustentables para fortalecer la convivencia y el deporte.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico entreg\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral de la Unidad Deportiva Capulhuac, obra en la que se invirtieron m\u00e1s de 16.8 millones de pesos para beneficio de m\u00e1s de 11 mil 700 habitantes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En representaci\u00f3n de la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano e Infraestructura, Carlos Maza Lara, inform\u00f3 que los trabajos permitieron transformar m\u00e1s de 66 mil metros cuadrados con infraestructura moderna, accesible y amigable con el medio ambiente.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las principales mejoras destacan la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del acceso principal y estacionamiento, nuevos andadores, renovaci\u00f3n de gradas y techumbre del campo de futbol, adem\u00e1s de la instalaci\u00f3n de palcos para personas con discapacidad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de la estrategia \u201cEstadio de M\u00e9xico\u201d. Un destino futbolero\u201d, la cancha de futbol r\u00e1pido ahora cuenta con pasto sint\u00e9tico, mientras que la trotapista, las canchas de usos m\u00faltiples y las \u00e1reas de front\u00f3n fueron completamente rehabilitadas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 paneles solares para el suministro el\u00e9ctrico, un sistema de drenaje pluvial para evitar encharcamientos, rehabilitaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas verdes y colocaci\u00f3n de nueva vegetaci\u00f3n para fortalecer la sustentabilidad del espacio.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, se instalaron luminarias solares, mobiliario urbano, sanitarios incluyentes y juegos infantiles renovados, con el objetivo de brindar un espacio seguro, funcional e incluyente para ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y familias de Capulhuac.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La rehabilitaci\u00f3n beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 11 mil habitantes con espacios modernos, incluyentes y sustentables para fortalecer la convivencia y el deporte.
