{"id":105277,"date":"2026-05-20T07:14:40","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T13:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=105277"},"modified":"2026-05-20T07:14:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-20T13:14:44","slug":"cdmx-refuerza-atencion-a-turistas-con-servicio-de-emergencias-en-ingles-rumbo-al-mundial-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=105277","title":{"rendered":"CDMX refuerza atenci\u00f3n a turistas con servicio de emergencias en ingl\u00e9s rumbo al Mundial 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>El C5 activ\u00f3 operadores biling\u00fces para atender llamadas de emergencia y orientaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a visitantes extranjeros.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de la estrategia de preparaci\u00f3n rumbo a la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026, el Centro de Comando, Control, C\u00f3mputo, Comunicaciones y Contacto Ciudadano de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico puso en marcha un programa especial de atenci\u00f3n de emergencias en ingl\u00e9s para turistas y visitantes extranjeros.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El coordinador general del C5, Salvador Guerrero Chipr\u00e9s, inform\u00f3 que el programa cuenta con 20 operadores biling\u00fces especializados, de los cuales 10 tienen formaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para atenci\u00f3n prehospitalaria y telemedicina, mientras que el resto brindar\u00e1 apoyo en l\u00edneas de emergencia y orientaci\u00f3n ciudadana.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El servicio estar\u00e1 disponible a trav\u00e9s del 9-1-1, la l\u00ednea 089 de denuncia an\u00f3nima, el *765 para atenci\u00f3n a mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia y la l\u00ednea contra extorsi\u00f3n y fraude.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guerrero Chipr\u00e9s explic\u00f3 que el objetivo es garantizar atenci\u00f3n inmediata y orientaci\u00f3n adecuada a los miles de turistas internacionales que arribar\u00e1n a la capital del pa\u00eds durante el Mundial 2026.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, dio a conocer que el sistema ya registr\u00f3 el primer caso de atenci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s, correspondiente a una mujer estadounidense que solicit\u00f3 apoyo m\u00e9dico tras presentar dolores abdominales durante su estancia en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La turista fue atendida mediante el \u00e1rea de Telemedicina, donde personal biling\u00fce coordin\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n prehospitalaria y posteriormente su traslado al Hospital Ju\u00e1rez de M\u00e9xico para recibir atenci\u00f3n especializada.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades capitalinas se\u00f1alaron que este programa permanecer\u00e1 activo durante el Mundial y continuar\u00e1 operando posteriormente como parte de la estrategia de fortalecimiento de seguridad tur\u00edstica y atenci\u00f3n internacional en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El C5 activ\u00f3 operadores biling\u00fces para atender llamadas de emergencia y orientaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a visitantes extranjeros.
