{"id":105279,"date":"2026-05-20T07:17:49","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T13:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=105279"},"modified":"2026-05-20T07:17:57","modified_gmt":"2026-05-20T13:17:57","slug":"clara-brugada-pide-frenar-la-gentrificacion-y-defender-el-derecho-a-la-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=105279","title":{"rendered":"Clara Brugada pide frenar la gentrificaci\u00f3n y defender el derecho a la vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>La jefa de Gobierno de la CDMX pidi\u00f3 construir ciudades m\u00e1s humanas e incluyentes desde Azerbaiy\u00e1n.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el Foro Urbano Mundial realizado en Bak\u00fa, Azerbaiy\u00e1n, la jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Clara Brugada, llam\u00f3 a fortalecer el papel de las ciudades y gobiernos locales frente a las crisis globales de vivienda, desigualdad, violencia y cambio clim\u00e1tico.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la Asamblea de Mujeres \u201cCo-creando estrategias transformadoras de g\u00e9nero para una vivienda adecuada para todas las mujeres y ni\u00f1as\u201d, la mandataria capitalina advirti\u00f3 que la financiarizaci\u00f3n de la vivienda ha provocado la expulsi\u00f3n de comunidades enteras de sus territorios y ha profundizado fen\u00f3menos como la gentrificaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl derecho a la ciudad es tambi\u00e9n el derecho a no ser expulsado; es el derecho al arraigo vecinal\u201d, afirm\u00f3 ante representantes de distintos pa\u00edses.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brugada Molina sostuvo que las ciudades viven de manera directa los efectos de la desigualdad, la crisis clim\u00e1tica y la violencia, por lo que defendi\u00f3 una nueva gobernanza internacional en la que los gobiernos locales tengan una participaci\u00f3n activa en la toma de decisiones globales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de construir pol\u00edticas urbanas con enfoque territorial, de derechos y de justicia social, priorizando el acceso a vivienda asequible y comunidades m\u00e1s incluyentes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLas ciudades y los gobiernos locales somos protagonistas de la historia; sentimos de cerca los dolores y las esperanzas de nuestra gente\u201d, expres\u00f3.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n lanz\u00f3 un mensaje a favor de la paz y la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDesde Bak\u00fa enviamos un mensaje claro: no aceptamos que el miedo, la guerra, la desigualdad y el odio definan el destino de la humanidad\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el mismo foro, el secretario de Vivienda de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Inti Mu\u00f1oz Santini, destac\u00f3 que la capital trabaja en 200 mil acciones de vivienda rumbo a 2030 y reiter\u00f3 que la vivienda debe garantizarse como un derecho humano y no como una mercanc\u00eda.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano, Edna Elena Vega Rangel, refrend\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico con una agenda urbana centrada en la justicia territorial, el desarrollo sostenible y el acceso a vivienda adecuada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La jefa de Gobierno de la CDMX pidi\u00f3 construir ciudades m\u00e1s humanas e incluyentes desde Azerbaiy\u00e1n.
