{"id":97920,"date":"2026-01-06T05:47:37","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T11:47:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=97920"},"modified":"2026-01-06T05:47:40","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T11:47:40","slug":"pjedomex-promueve-justicia-sin-descanso-los-365-dias-del-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=97920","title":{"rendered":"PJEdom\u00e9x promueve justicia sin descanso los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-El Juzgado de Control Especializado en Cateos, \u00d3rdenes de Aprehensi\u00f3n y Medidas de Protecci\u00f3n mantuvo operaci\u00f3n continua durante 2025.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Sin pausa ante fines de semana, madrugadas o d\u00edas festivos, el Juzgado de Control Especializado en Cateos, \u00d3rdenes de Aprehensi\u00f3n y Medidas de Protecci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial del Estado de M\u00e9xico mantuvo operaci\u00f3n permanente durante 2025, asegurando la respuesta institucional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el periodo anual, juezas y jueces en materia penal, adscritos a este \u00f3rgano, atendieron 5 mil 196 peticiones de \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n: 3 mil 267 obtuvieron aval, 10 fueron autorizadas parcialmente, mil 711 fueron negadas y 208 se declararon sin materia. Cada fallo supuso un estudio normativo, valoraci\u00f3n de indicios y determinaci\u00f3n conforme al marco legal aplicable.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto a las \u00f3rdenes de cateo, el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional proces\u00f3 3 mil 778 solicitudes; de ellas, 2 mil 653 alcanzaron autorizaci\u00f3n, mil fueron rechazadas, 11 obtuvieron aprobaci\u00f3n parcial y 114 fueron sin materia. Este instrumento resulta fundamental para el avance de indagatorias ministeriales, siempre bajo supervisi\u00f3n jurisdiccional y con observancia estricta de derechos humanos, permitiendo actuaciones oficiales con respaldo jur\u00eddico en inmuebles determinados.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De manera simult\u00e1nea, se atendieron 69 medidas de protecci\u00f3n: 50 confirmadas, dos ajustadas, cuatro revocadas y 13 se declararon sin materia. Estas disposiciones se resuelven en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de cuatro horas con el objetivo de salvaguardar a personas afectadas por violencia familiar.
