{"id":97951,"date":"2026-01-06T06:44:21","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T12:44:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=97951"},"modified":"2026-01-06T06:44:26","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T12:44:26","slug":"presenta-garcia-harfuch-estrategia-de-seguridad-en-reunion-de-embajadas-y-consulados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=97951","title":{"rendered":"Presenta Garc\u00eda Harfuch estrategia de seguridad en Reuni\u00f3n de Embajadas y Consulados"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Afirm\u00f3 que para combatir la violencia, es necesario consolidar las instituciones.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Omar Garc\u00eda Harfuch, Secretario de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC), comparti\u00f3 la Estrategia Nacional de Seguridad de M\u00e9xico ante embajadores del pa\u00eds.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El funcionario p\u00fablico agradeci\u00f3 al canciller Juan Ram\u00f3n de la Fuente y a los embajadores de M\u00e9xico por su servicio al pa\u00eds desde el exterior.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su mensaje resaltan los nombres del canciller Juan Ram\u00f3n de la Fuente, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE); y el subsecretario de la misma dependencia, Roberto Velasco \u00c1lvarez.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El encuentro tuvo como objetivo ofrecer a la representaci\u00f3n diplom\u00e1tica un panorama actualizado sobre los retos y enfoques del pa\u00eds en materia de seguridad, as\u00ed como el papel de la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El titular de la SSPC explic\u00f3 que la estrategia se estructura en cuatro pilares fundamentales: atender las causas de la violencia; consolidar la Guardia Nacional; fortalecer las capacidades de inteligencia e investigaci\u00f3n; y garantizar una coordinaci\u00f3n efectiva entre los distintos niveles de gobierno e instituciones de seguridad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3omar-2-1024x506.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-97955\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3omar-2-1024x506.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3omar-2-300x148.jpg 300w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3omar-2-768x379.jpg 768w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3omar-2.jpg 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el funcionario, este enfoque integral busca no solo contener la violencia, sino reducirla de manera sostenida mediante el fortalecimiento institucional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garc\u00eda Harfuch subray\u00f3 que combatir la inseguridad requiere instituciones s\u00f3lidas, profesionalizadas y con capacidad de respuesta coordinada, as\u00ed como pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que incidan en los factores sociales que alimentan la violencia.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reuni\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 a los representantes diplom\u00e1ticos conocer de primera mano el enfoque de seguridad de M\u00e9xico y su apuesta por una estrategia integral, con \u00e9nfasis en la prevenci\u00f3n, la cooperaci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento de las instituciones.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el canciller Juan Ram\u00f3n de la Fuente extern\u00f3 la importancia comercial y la cooperaci\u00f3n en seguridad con Estados Unidos, pero hay coordinaci\u00f3n sin subordinaci\u00f3n y sin intervenci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La postura del canciller, durante la XXXVII Reuni\u00f3n de Titulares de Embajadas y Consulados 2026, se dio tras las declaraciones del presidente estadunidense Donald Trump, quien afirm\u00f3 \u201calgo se tendr\u00e1 que hacer con M\u00e9xico\u201d y otros pa\u00edses a los que acus\u00f3 de estar gobernados por el narcotr\u00e1fico, al justificar el secuestro del presidente venezolano Nicol\u00e1s Maduro por fuerzas de su pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Afirm\u00f3 que para combatir la violencia, es necesario consolidar las instituciones.
