De esta manera, se fortalece la comunicaci\u00f3n directa entre el Gobierno y la poblaci\u00f3n, se reduce el papeleo y se agiliza la gesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites en tiempo real desde cualquier dispositivo m\u00f3vil, al estar disponible para los sistemas iOS y Android, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el presidente municipal, Ricardo Moreno Bastida.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente municipal destac\u00f3 que la aplicaci\u00f3n ofrece atenci\u00f3n personalizada en tiempo real para 47 servicios de las diferentes unidades administrativas del Ayuntamiento, lo que contribuye a reducir la brecha de comunicaci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno municipal y la ciudadan\u00eda.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00e9xito de este programa registra al cierre del a\u00f1o 12 mil 290 descargas, de las cuales 3 mil 579 corresponden a iOS y 8 mil 711 a Android; asimismo, se han recibido 6 mil 505 solicitudes ciudadanas, principalmente relacionadas con recolecci\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos, alumbrado p\u00fablico, bacheo, denuncias ambientales y mantenimiento de parques y jardines; este nivel de participaci\u00f3n refleja la disposici\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda para involucrarse activamente en la mejora de su entorno.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adicionalmente, se logr\u00f3 la digitalizaci\u00f3n de seis tr\u00e1mites municipales, lo que permite que estos servicios se ofrezcan en l\u00ednea, generando beneficios directos para la poblaci\u00f3n, como la eliminaci\u00f3n de traslados a oficinas centrales, la reducci\u00f3n de tiempos de espera y una interacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y sencilla con el Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n se tendr\u00e1 acceso a 47 servicios del Gobierno municipal con un clic de distancia Con el objetivo de reducir tiempos, agilizar procesos y acercar servicios esenciales a la poblaci\u00f3n, como bacheo y alumbrado p\u00fablico, facilitar tr\u00e1mites para abrir u operar un negocio, entre otros, el Gobierno Municipal de Toluca desarroll\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":98008,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30,36],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-98004","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacado","category-edomex"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
