{"id":98452,"date":"2026-01-15T07:10:42","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T13:10:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98452"},"modified":"2026-01-15T07:12:22","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T13:12:22","slug":"facilita-gem-inversion-en-proyectos-de-alto-impacto-urbano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98452","title":{"rendered":"Facilita GEM inversi\u00f3n en proyectos de alto impacto urbano"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-La Evaluaci\u00f3n de Impacto Estatal (EVIE) es el documento que garantiza a los inversionistas que sus proyectos son viables y sostenibles a largo plazo.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Con la emisi\u00f3n de 145 Evaluaciones de Impacto Estatal (EVIE) durante el 2025, el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico facilit\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n superior a los 19 mil 866 millones de pesos y la previsi\u00f3n de generar m\u00e1s de 42 mil empleos en nuevos proyectos que contribuyen a la construcci\u00f3n de entornos urbanos \u00f3ptimos y funcionales, con lo que se garantiza un desarrollo responsable para incrementar la calidad de vida de la ciudadan\u00eda mexiquense.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carlos Maza Lara, Secretario de Desarrollo Urbano e Infraestructura (Sedui), asegur\u00f3 que al otorgar la EVIE, la poblaci\u00f3n es la principal beneficiaria porque se asegura que los proyectos solo se establezcan en sitios que puedan soportar y aprovechar el desarrollo, ya que cada nueva inversi\u00f3n debe prevenir, mitigar y compensar los impactos urbanos, y as\u00ed maximizar los beneficios sociales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las EVIES son el resultado de m\u00e1s de mil evaluaciones t\u00e9cnicas gestionadas y coordinadas con transparencia por la Comisi\u00f3n de Impacto Estatal (Coime) ante diversas dependencias estatales, que analizan el impacto h\u00eddrico, ambiental, urbano, de movilidad y protecci\u00f3n civil de cada proyecto para fortalecer su viabilidad y sostenibilidad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Titular de la Sedui subray\u00f3 que, para el sector privado, la EVIE se ha transformado en una herramienta de confianza, derivado de la digitalizaci\u00f3n y simplificaci\u00f3n del proceso t\u00e9cnico-administrativo, adem\u00e1s de la asesor\u00eda y acompa\u00f1amiento permanente de la Coime, lo que garantiza que la inversi\u00f3n en proyectos de alto impacto tenga la m\u00e1xima certeza jur\u00eddica y cumpla con la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-La Evaluaci\u00f3n de Impacto Estatal (EVIE) es el documento que garantiza a los inversionistas que sus proyectos son viables y sostenibles a largo plazo.
