{"id":98474,"date":"2026-01-15T07:45:20","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T13:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98474"},"modified":"2026-01-15T07:45:23","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T13:45:23","slug":"se-reunen-rosa-icela-y-humberto-henderson-representante-de-onu-dh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98474","title":{"rendered":"Se re\u00fanen Rosa Icela y Humberto Henderson, representante de ONU-DH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Ambos coincidieron en la necesidad de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n y el respeto a los derechos humanos en M\u00e9xico.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez, secretaria de Gobernaci\u00f3n, se reuni\u00f3 con el representante en M\u00e9xico de la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos (ONU-DH), Humberto Henderson, con el objetivo de fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de derechos humanos y atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas en el pa\u00eds.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este encuentro, llevado a cabo en la sede de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n (Segob), se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del subsecretario de Derechos Humanos, Poblaci\u00f3n y Migraci\u00f3n, Arturo Medina.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambas partes coincidieron en la importancia de consolidar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que garanticen el respeto, la protecci\u00f3n y la promoci\u00f3n de las libertades fundamentales, como base para una sociedad m\u00e1s justa y democr\u00e1tica.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, se acord\u00f3 mantener una colaboraci\u00f3n estrecha entre el gobierno de M\u00e9xico y la ONU-DH, con el fin de reforzar los marcos institucionales y operativos que permitan proteger a las personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad y ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n integral a las v\u00edctimas de violaciones a derechos humanos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Humberto Henderson, subray\u00f3 la necesidad de avanzar en mecanismos que aseguren una respuesta eficaz del Estado frente a las problem\u00e1ticas de derechos humanos, as\u00ed como de fortalecer las capacidades institucionales para garantizar la dignidad y la protecci\u00f3n de las personas afectadas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se\u00f1alaron que este di\u00e1logo forma parte de los esfuerzos conjuntos para intensificar la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, mantener canales de comunicaci\u00f3n permanentes y consolidar una agenda de derechos humanos centrada en la atenci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y dignificaci\u00f3n de las personas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Ambos coincidieron en la necesidad de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n y el respeto a los derechos humanos en M\u00e9xico.
