{"id":98511,"date":"2026-01-16T06:05:03","date_gmt":"2026-01-16T12:05:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98511"},"modified":"2026-01-16T06:05:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T12:05:07","slug":"inicia-en-metepec-programa-hoy-no-circula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98511","title":{"rendered":"Inicia en Metepec programa Hoy No Circula"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-El programa comenzar\u00e1 con un operativo preventivo para mejorar la movilidad y fortalecer el orden vial.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">En el municipio de Metepec, encabezado por el presidente municipal Fernando Flores Fern\u00e1ndez, se inform\u00f3 que ya es un hecho la implementaci\u00f3n a partir del d\u00eda de ayer, 15 de enero, de la aplicaci\u00f3n del programa Hoy No Circula.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el Comisario de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Metepec, Jes\u00fas Alberto Ram\u00edrez Manzur, quien recalc\u00f3 que este programa forma parte de las estrategias para mejorar la movilidad y fortalecer el orden vial en el Valle de Toluca.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mencion\u00f3 que en una primera etapa, se implementar\u00e1 un esquema preventivo y de orientaci\u00f3n ciudadana, evitando aplicar sanciones; esto se debe a que se ha considerado el hecho de que numerosos automovilistas a\u00fan realizan tr\u00e1mites de verificaci\u00f3n vehicular.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y es que para el presidente municipal Flores Fern\u00e1ndez lo m\u00e1s importante es generar conciencia entre los conductores; no perseguirlos, sino todo lo contrario, acompa\u00f1arlos y facilitarles la adaptaci\u00f3n a este programa; se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ram\u00edrez Manzur.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recalc\u00f3 que en Metepec las \u00fanicas que podr\u00e1n levantar infracciones son las agentes femeninas de Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, ya que es as\u00ed como se establece en el Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indic\u00f3 que Metepec cuenta con 22 polic\u00edas de tr\u00e1nsito debidamente capacitadas y certificadas, quienes realizar\u00e1n labores informativas y, en su caso, sancionadoras.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que en Metepec se cuenta con dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos que permiten liquidar las multas de manera inmediata mediante tarjeta bancaria, con la posibilidad de obtener descuentos significativos si el pago se realiza el mismo d\u00eda, o bien cubrirlo directamente en la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-El programa comenzar\u00e1 con un operativo preventivo para mejorar la movilidad y fortalecer el orden vial.
