{"id":98535,"date":"2026-01-16T06:27:39","date_gmt":"2026-01-16T12:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98535"},"modified":"2026-01-16T06:27:43","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T12:27:43","slug":"firman-alianza-alcaldia-alvaro-obregon-y-consejo-ciudadano-para-prevenir-el-delito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98535","title":{"rendered":"Firman alianza alcald\u00eda \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n y Consejo Ciudadano para prevenir el delito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Impulsar\u00e1n acciones de cultura c\u00edvica, atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas y construcci\u00f3n de entornos libres de violencia.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">La alcald\u00eda \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n y el Consejo Ciudadano para la Seguridad y la Justicia firmaron un acuerdo en donde se\u00f1alaron trabajar\u00e1n de manera conjunta para impulsar acciones de prevenci\u00f3n del delito, fortalecimiento de la cultura c\u00edvica y construcci\u00f3n de entornos libres de violencia en la demarcaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este compromiso qued\u00f3 formalizado mediante la firma de un Memor\u00e1ndum de Entendimiento, el primero de este tipo que el organismo ciudadano suscribe con una alcald\u00eda de la capital.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El alcalde Javier L\u00f3pez Casar\u00edn y el secretario ejecutivo del Consejo Ciudadano, Ram\u00f3n Beltr\u00e1n Arellano, fueron los encargados de firmar la alianza, y coincidieron en la necesidad de estrechar la colaboraci\u00f3n entre autoridades y sociedad civil para atender problem\u00e1ticas de seguridad desde una perspectiva integral.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00f3pez Casar\u00edn se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n enfrenta retos complejos debido a su tama\u00f1o y diversidad social. Record\u00f3 que se trata de la tercera alcald\u00eda m\u00e1s poblada de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y una de las que presenta mayores contrastes econ\u00f3micos y territoriales, lo que obliga a dise\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas diferenciadas y cercanas a la gente.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/6firman-2-1024x506.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-98540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/6firman-2-1024x506.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/6firman-2-300x148.jpg 300w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/6firman-2-768x379.jpg 768w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/6firman-2.jpg 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mencion\u00f3 que entre los temas que m\u00e1s preocupan se encuentran la violencia de g\u00e9nero y el aumento de casos de suicidio, por lo que consider\u00f3 fundamental aprovechar la experiencia del Consejo Ciudadano en materia de acompa\u00f1amiento psicol\u00f3gico, contenci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n legal. Afirm\u00f3 que el trabajo conjunto permitir\u00e1 ofrecer mejores herramientas de apoyo a las y los habitantes de la demarcaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beltr\u00e1n Arellano destac\u00f3 que el Consejo Ciudadano cuenta con un equipo multidisciplinario que ha desarrollado modelos de atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas y estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n reconocidas a nivel nacional. Subray\u00f3 que el organismo act\u00faa como un puente entre la ciudadan\u00eda y las instituciones p\u00fablicas, con el objetivo de que las denuncias y necesidades sociales se traduzcan en acciones concretas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consider\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n permanente con la alcald\u00eda permitir\u00e1 potenciar las capacidades institucionales y generar resultados medibles en materia de seguridad y justicia. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n social es clave para recuperar la confianza y fortalecer el tejido comunitario.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambas instancias instalar\u00e1n en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas una mesa de trabajo para definir proyectos espec\u00edficos dirigidos a la poblaci\u00f3n obregonense.
