Tambi\u00e9n Naucalpan en menos de un a\u00f1o registr\u00f3 una mejora hist\u00f3rica de las calificaciones crediticias del municipio.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En septiembre de 2025, las agencias HR Ratings y Verum reconocieron los avances de Naucalpan al elevar su calificaci\u00f3n soberana de BBB- a BBB+, lo que representa un incremento de dos niveles respecto a 2024. Y un cr\u00e9dito Banobras ratificado y elevado a AAA.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/12naucalpan-6-1024x506.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-98743\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/12naucalpan-6-1024x506.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/12naucalpan-6-300x148.jpg 300w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/12naucalpan-6-768x379.jpg 768w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/12naucalpan-6.jpg 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gracias a estas acciones, Naucalpan se consolida como un municipio solvente, confiable y con visi\u00f3n de largo plazo, generando condiciones financieras m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas en beneficio directo de la ciudadan\u00eda.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El incremento de dos niveles respecto a 2024, confirma una mayor estabilidad financiera y una mejora sustancial en la percepci\u00f3n de riesgo del municipio.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el cr\u00e9dito estructurado de largo plazo contratado con Banobras, con un saldo de 438.26 millones de pesos, mostr\u00f3 una fortaleza destacada: HR Ratings ratific\u00f3 su calificaci\u00f3n en AAA, mientras que Verum la elev\u00f3 de AA+ a AAA, el nivel m\u00e1s alto de confianza crediticia.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En comparaci\u00f3n a la administraci\u00f3n pasada, se emitieron calificaciones m\u00e1s bajas y por ende contaba con menor confianza crediticia.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualmente el Gobierno del Alcalde Isaac Montoya, cuenta con mayor solvencia, confianza institucional y acceso a mejores condiciones financieras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En septiembre de 2025, las agencias HR Ratings y Verum reconocieron los avances de Naucalpan al elevar su calificaci\u00f3n soberana de BBB- a BBB+.
