Y es que en esta ocasi\u00f3n la riqueza artesanal del municipio ha sido galardonada en la Feria Internacional de Turismo (FITUR) 2026 realizada en Madrid, Espa\u00f1a.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y es que el proyecto \u201cRuta del \u00c1rbol de la Vida\u201d fue distinguido con el prestigioso Premio Excelencias Tur\u00edsticas. El encargado de recibir este galard\u00f3n, fue el presidente municipal, Fernando Flores Fern\u00e1ndez, quien viaj\u00f3 a la capital espa\u00f1ola.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este reconocimiento coloca al municipio de Metepec en el escaparate global, destacando su capacidad para convertir la tradici\u00f3n alfarera en un producto tur\u00edstico de clase mundial.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En sus redes sociales, Flores Fern\u00e1ndez record\u00f3 que este galard\u00f3n premia la innovaci\u00f3n y el impacto cultural, adem\u00e1s de buscar atraer viajeros internacionales al coraz\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aparte de recibir el premio, Flores Fern\u00e1ndez tambi\u00e9n sostuvo una serie de encuentros estrat\u00e9gicos para fortalecer el turismo y la proyecci\u00f3n de Metepec en el extranjero.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primera instancia, se reuni\u00f3 con el embajador de M\u00e9xico en Espa\u00f1a, Quirino Ordaz Coppel, y con la Secretaria de Turismo del Gobierno Federal, Josefina Rodr\u00edguez Zamora.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En las mesas de reuni\u00f3n se abordaron estrategias para atraer inversi\u00f3n extranjera y aumentar el flujo de turistas europeos hacia el Estado de M\u00e9xico (EMX).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flores Fern\u00e1ndez se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cMetepec es hoy el centro del mundo artesanal.
