{"id":98902,"date":"2026-01-23T06:02:07","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T12:02:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98902"},"modified":"2026-01-23T06:03:16","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T12:03:16","slug":"rinde-protesta-jueza-del-pjedomex-ante-la-diputacion-permanente-de-la-lxii-legislatura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98902","title":{"rendered":"Rinde protesta jueza del PJEdom\u00e9x ante la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente de la LXII Legislatura"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-El Pleno de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad de votos su designaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Cinthia Carmen Casta\u00f1o Aramis rindi\u00f3 protesta como Jueza Familiar del Juzgado en L\u00ednea Especializado en Materia de Violencia Familiar y de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Poder Judicial del Estado de M\u00e9xico, ante el Pleno de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente de la LXII Legislatura del Estado de M\u00e9xico, que aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad de votos su designaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la sesi\u00f3n presidida por la diputada Martha Azucena Camacho Reynoso, Presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, derivado de la renuncia \u201cpor motivos de salud y personales\u201d de Denisse L\u00f3pez Reyes, quien hab\u00eda sido electa por voto ciudadano como juzgadora del Tribunal Superior de Justicia.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previamente, el Congreso del Estado de M\u00e9xico aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad tanto la renuncia como la designaci\u00f3n, con fundamento en lo dispuesto por la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial y la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de M\u00e9xico, la cual establece que, en caso de renuncia de una juzgadora o juzgador electo por voto popular, ocupar\u00e1 la vacante la persona del mismo g\u00e9nero que haya obtenido el segundo lugar en n\u00famero de votos en la elecci\u00f3n para ese cargo.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casta\u00f1o Aramis es licenciada en Derecho, especialista en G\u00e9nero, Violencia y Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas y maestrante en Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Gobierno por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como en Derechos Humanos por la Escuela Judicial; adem\u00e1s, particip\u00f3 en los trabajos de desarrollo y dise\u00f1o de la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica del Juzgado en L\u00ednea Especializado en Materia de Violencia Familiar y de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, desde la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres en 2021.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, estuvieron presentes H\u00e9ctor Virgilio Jaramillo Rojas, Secretario T\u00e9cnico de Presidencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, y el Magistrado Sergio Castillo Miranda, Coordinador General de Relaciones Interinstitucionales e Intergubernamentales del Poder Judicial mexiquense.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-El Pleno de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad de votos su designaci\u00f3n.
