{"id":98918,"date":"2026-01-23T06:22:49","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T12:22:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98918"},"modified":"2026-01-23T06:23:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T12:23:07","slug":"impulsa-alvaro-obregon-cluster-universitario-como-motor-de-innovacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98918","title":{"rendered":"Impulsa \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n Cl\u00faster Universitario como motor de innovaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-La alcald\u00eda recibe diariamente a m\u00e1s de 70 mil estudiantes y docentes, se\u00f1al\u00f3 L\u00f3pez Casar\u00edn<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">La Alcald\u00eda \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n recibe diariamente a m\u00e1s de 70 mil estudiantes y docentes, lo que fortalece la academia y debe convertirse en un motor de transformaci\u00f3n territorial, afirm\u00f3 Javier L\u00f3pez Casar\u00edn.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Convoc\u00f3 a consolidar al Cl\u00faster Universitario de Alto Nivel como un referente nacional de conocimiento, educaci\u00f3n y atracci\u00f3n de talento, capaz de impulsar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que transformen la realidad de las personas y posicionen a \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n como el epicentro educativo y de innovaci\u00f3n social del pa\u00eds.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La demarcaci\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 la Segunda Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria 2026 del Cl\u00faster Universitario de Alto Nivel, un espacio de colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional que fortalece a la demarcaci\u00f3n como polo estrat\u00e9gico de conocimiento, innovaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de proyectos acad\u00e9micos, cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos con impacto territorial y visi\u00f3n de pa\u00eds.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El encuentro se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey, Campus Santa Fe, donde se formalizaron acuerdos clave como la firma del Convenio Marco de Colaboraci\u00f3n con la Universidad de Guadalajara y un Convenio Espec\u00edfico de Membres\u00eda con la Red City Science Lab del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Massachusetts (MIT).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas acciones posicionan a \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n dentro de redes internacionales de investigaci\u00f3n y ciencia urbana orientadas a generar soluciones aplicadas para los retos de la ciudad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Javier L\u00f3pez Casar\u00edn afirm\u00f3: \u201cVer al Cl\u00faster Universitario de Alto Nivel como un referente de conocimiento y educaci\u00f3n implica tambi\u00e9n reconocer su capacidad para identificar talento, generar planteamientos innovadores y proponer nuevas formas de atender las agendas que nuestro pa\u00eds ha tenido pendientes durante a\u00f1os\u201d.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el encuentro, se destac\u00f3 la importancia de que el Cl\u00faster no sea \u00fanicamente un espacio de di\u00e1logo, sino un mecanismo efectivo para traducir el conocimiento en acciones concretas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su participaci\u00f3n, el Secretario de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (SECTEI), Pedro Moctezuma Barrag\u00e1n, subray\u00f3 que: \u201cel futuro de nuestro pa\u00eds se definir\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de ciudades que no le den la espalda a la naturaleza, que fortalezcan la construcci\u00f3n comunitaria y que sepan aprovechar su potencial de progreso.
