{"id":98989,"date":"2026-01-26T06:10:11","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T12:10:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98989"},"modified":"2026-01-26T06:10:16","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T12:10:16","slug":"supervisan-autoridades-en-edomex-76-rastros-municipales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=98989","title":{"rendered":"Supervisan autoridades en Edom\u00e9x 76 rastros municipales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Se revisan diariamente para asegurar la venta de carne en condiciones adecuadas.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, mantiene supervisiones sanitarias permanentes en los 76 rastros municipales registrados en la entidad, como parte de las medidas implementadas para evitar afectaciones, por el gusano barrenador, y as\u00ed garantizar que la carne destinada al consumo humano cumpla con las normas sanitarias establecidas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas labores se realizan por medio de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Protecci\u00f3n de Riesgos Sanitarios del Estado de M\u00e9xico (Coprisemex), la cual efect\u00faa revisiones diarias en los centros de sacrificio, as\u00ed como en puntos de distribuci\u00f3n y venta de productos c\u00e1rnicos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Macarena Montoya Olvera, Secretaria de Salud, encabez\u00f3 una inspecci\u00f3n en el municipio de Atlacomulco, donde inform\u00f3 que no existen casos de este par\u00e1sito en personas en el Estado de M\u00e9xico. No obstante, exhort\u00f3 a productores y a la poblaci\u00f3n en general a adquirir carne \u00fanicamente en establecimientos formalmente establecidos y que cumplan con los lineamientos sanitarios.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo tenemos ning\u00fan caso de gusano barrenador en personas en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, pero tenemos que seguir con la prevenci\u00f3n, ya que consumir carne bien cocida, bien cocinada, nos va a prevenir de diversas enfermedades\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud precis\u00f3 que, aunque esta enfermedad parasitaria no se transmite por la ingesta de alimentos, las acciones sanitarias contemplan verificaciones constantes en rastros y \u00e1reas de venta de c\u00e1rnicos, adem\u00e1s de actividades de capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidas al personal que labora en estos espacios.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que, a fin de reducir riesgos relacionados con la presencia de la mosca que transmite este par\u00e1sito, es fundamental mantener una adecuada limpieza y desinfecci\u00f3n de heridas, as\u00ed como prestar atenci\u00f3n especial a personas con padecimientos como diabetes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Se revisan diariamente para asegurar la venta de carne en condiciones adecuadas.
