Detectaron las autoridades que los delincuentes manipulan o sustituyen los c\u00f3digos QR impresos para redirigir a los comensales a sitios web maliciosos que buscan robar datos personales o infectar dispositivos m\u00f3viles.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, las autoridades hacen un llamado a extremar precauciones antes de escanear cualquier c\u00f3digo QR, especialmente aquellos que aparecen en men\u00fas o en mesas dentro de restaurantes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este tipo de acciones se volvieron m\u00e1s recurrentes durante la pandemia por la COVID-19; y es que la digitalizaci\u00f3n de servicios fue usada por muchos restaurantes que optaron por men\u00fas digitales a trav\u00e9s de c\u00f3digos QR para agilizar el acceso a cartas o m\u00e9todos de pago.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, esta herramienta puede ser aprovechada por ciberdelincuentes, quienes aprovechan para redirigir a los usuarios a p\u00e1ginas web falsas hechas para robar informaci\u00f3n o instalar software malicioso en los dispositivos de quienes los escanean.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos fraudes ocurren cuando los delincuentes colocan c\u00f3digos QR falsos sobre los originales o en lugares visibles de los men\u00fas o mesas, con el objetivo de que las v\u00edctimas sean llevadas a sitios web ap\u00f3crifos sin saberlo. Estas p\u00e1ginas pueden enga\u00f1ar y pedir datos personales, contrase\u00f1as o incluso informaci\u00f3n bancaria.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las autoridades insisten en la precauci\u00f3n y la verificaci\u00f3n previa antes de escanear, y lo puedes hacer siguiendo estas recomendaciones:<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>-Verifiques la fuente y la URL que aparece al escanear un c\u00f3digo QR antes de abrir la p\u00e1gina.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Comprobar que el dominio corresponda al establecimiento y no mostrar se\u00f1ales de phishing, como direcciones extra\u00f1as o enlaces acortados.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Revisa f\u00edsicamente si el c\u00f3digo QR fue manipulado; por ejemplo, si hay una calcoman\u00eda sobrepuesta.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Mant\u00e9n el sistema operativo y aplicaciones de tu dispositivo m\u00f3vil actualizados con antivirus para mitigar posibles riesgos.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Prefiere el men\u00fa impreso.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-No ingreses informaci\u00f3n personal o financiera en sitios que no reconozcas o que te parezcan dudosos.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si notas que te redirigen hacia otra p\u00e1gina, cierra inmediatamente la web y realiza un an\u00e1lisis de seguridad en tu dispositivo; tambi\u00e9n cambia tus contrase\u00f1as, sobre todo si usaste alguna aplicaci\u00f3n o sitio bancario.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En caso de ser v\u00edctima de un fraude, puedes reportar el incidente al n\u00famero 088 de Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana de la Guardia Nacional para recibir orientaci\u00f3n y apoyo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Este tipo de acciones se volvieron m\u00e1s recurrentes durante la pandemia por la COVID-19.
