{"id":99078,"date":"2026-01-27T06:15:36","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T12:15:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99078"},"modified":"2026-01-27T06:15:38","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T12:15:38","slug":"operativo-la-noche-es-de-todos-refuerza-el-orden-en-la-vida-nocturna-de-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99078","title":{"rendered":"Operativo \u201cLa noche es de todos\u201d refuerza el orden en la vida nocturna de CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Dos personas fueron detenidas por quebrantar los sellos de suspensi\u00f3n en sus establecimientos.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de la normatividad, prevenir situaciones de riesgo y fortalecer el orden en la vida nocturna de la capital, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (SECGOB) realiz\u00f3 el operativo \u201cLa Noche es de Todos\u201d en distintos puntos de la ciudad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante los tres d\u00edas del operativo se efectuaron 17 verificaciones a distintos giros mercantiles, se suspendieron nueve establecimientos y se clausuraron nueve m\u00e1s, al detectarse diversas irregularidades, entre ellas la falta de documentaci\u00f3n, incumplimiento de medidas de protecci\u00f3n civil y violaciones a la normatividad aplicable. Estas acciones permitieron inhibir pr\u00e1cticas irregulares que representan riesgos para la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como resultado de los trabajos de supervisi\u00f3n y vigilancia, dos personas fueron detenidas por quebrantar los sellos de suspensi\u00f3n en sus establecimientos y fueron puestas a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad ministerial correspondiente, a fin de que se determinen las responsabilidades legales conducentes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El operativo se despleg\u00f3 en las alcald\u00edas \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Miguel Hidalgo, Tlalpan, Coyoac\u00e1n y Cuauht\u00e9moc, como parte de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica integral para ordenar la actividad nocturna, garantizar condiciones seguras en los espacios de convivencia y fortalecer el respeto al marco legal vigente.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, encabezado por la Jefa de Gobierno Clara Brugada Molina, refrenda su compromiso de continuar y fortalecer estos operativos de manera permanente, privilegiando la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional, el di\u00e1logo con los sectores involucrados y la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley, con el fin de construir una ciudad m\u00e1s segura, ordenada y justa para todas y todos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Dos personas fueron detenidas por quebrantar los sellos de suspensi\u00f3n en sus establecimientos.
