S\u00e1nchez V\u00e9rtiz Ruiz.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este programa, implementado en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el Plan Rector de Desarrollo Institucional de la Administraci\u00f3n Universitaria 2025-2029, constituye una estrategia orientada a fortalecer las capacidades t\u00e9cnicas, normativas y operativas del personal jur\u00eddico universitario, as\u00ed como a consolidar una gesti\u00f3n profesional, eficiente y plenamente alineada con el marco jur\u00eddico vigente de la UAEM\u00e9x. La capacitaci\u00f3n fue gestionada de manera gratuita, lo que contribuye al cumplimiento de las metas institucionales de profesionalizaci\u00f3n y mejora continua.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sesi\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en la Sala \u201cIgnacio Manuel Altamirano\u201d del Edificio Hist\u00f3rico de Rector\u00eda y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la consejera jur\u00eddica universitaria, Evangelina Sales S\u00e1nchez, quien subray\u00f3 la relevancia de la formaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica continua como elemento clave para el adecuado ejercicio profesional y la correcta gesti\u00f3n institucional.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/10uaemex-2-11-1024x506.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/10uaemex-2-11-1024x506.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/10uaemex-2-11-300x148.jpg 300w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/10uaemex-2-11-768x379.jpg 768w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/10uaemex-2-11.jpg 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su exposici\u00f3n, S\u00e1nchez V\u00e9rtiz Ruiz explic\u00f3 que para comprender las figuras de la nulidad y la inexistencia del acto jur\u00eddico es fundamental partir del concepto de hecho jur\u00eddico, entendido como todo acontecimiento que genera derechos y obligaciones, ya sea producido por la naturaleza o por la acci\u00f3n humana, con o sin intenci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que el acto jur\u00eddico consiste en una manifestaci\u00f3n de la voluntad que produce consecuencias jur\u00eddicas y que se encuentra permitida por el Derecho. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este se integra por elementos esenciales como el consentimiento, el objeto y la solemnidad, adem\u00e1s de requisitos de validez, entre los que destacan la capacidad, la ausencia de vicios del consentimiento, la licitud y la formalidad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Programa Permanente de Capacitaci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica busca generar espacios de an\u00e1lisis y reflexi\u00f3n sobre temas jur\u00eddicos fundamentales, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento del quehacer institucional y al desarrollo profesional de quienes integran la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica Universitaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Es una estrategia orientada a fortalecer las capacidades t\u00e9cnicas, normativas y operativas del personal jur\u00eddico universitario.
