{"id":99283,"date":"2026-01-30T05:58:07","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T11:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99283"},"modified":"2026-01-30T05:58:12","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T11:58:12","slug":"escuela-judicial-capacito-a-143-integrantes-de-instituciones-de-seguridad-publica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99283","title":{"rendered":"Escuela Judicial capacit\u00f3 a 143 integrantes de instituciones de seguridad p\u00fablica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Dirigido a polic\u00edas municipales y estatales, Guardia Nacional y Secretar\u00eda de Marina, as\u00ed como personal de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Ecatepec.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">El Poder Judicial del Estado de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de su Escuela Judicial, imparti\u00f3 un \u201cCurso-Taller sobre el Procedimiento Oral Penal\u201d a 143 servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos de instituciones de seguridad p\u00fablica y procuraci\u00f3n de justicia; el objetivo fue cumplir con el deber jur\u00eddico y \u00e9tico de capacitar y profesionalizar a quienes cumplen con la importante tarea de garantizar la seguridad de las familias mexiquenses.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo dirigida a un enlace institucional, 82 polic\u00edas municipales y 12 estatales, 9 elementos de la Guardia Nacional y 10 de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina, as\u00ed como a 29 de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Ecatepec, quienes son las primeras autoridades que act\u00faan frente a un hecho delictivo, generan, documentan y resguardan la mayor parte de los datos de prueba que son presentados en las audiencias. Por lo que es importante que empleen protocolos claros, apegados a las reglas procesales y con un entendimiento profundo del impacto social de cada intervenci\u00f3n.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las actividades se desarrollaron del 16 de diciembre al 22 de enero y en seis sesiones se abordaron temas como inicio de investigaci\u00f3n, derechos de las personas detenidas, criterios para determinar la demora en la puesta a disposici\u00f3n del agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, audiencia inicial, formulaci\u00f3n de imputaci\u00f3n, etapa intermedia, medios de prueba, etapa de juicio, continuidad y suspensi\u00f3n de la audiencia de juicio, entre otros.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta acci\u00f3n institucional tuvo el prop\u00f3sito de contribuir a un sistema de justicia m\u00e1s transparente, confiable y orientado al servicio de la ciudadan\u00eda, dando cumplimiento al mandato de la Reforma Judicial, de consolidar un sistema penal m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido, transparente y humano, capaz de garantizar seguridad jur\u00eddica, eficacia procesal y respeto pleno a los derechos humanos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En representaci\u00f3n del Director General de la EJEM, Magistrado Jos\u00e9 Luis Embris V\u00e1squez, el Coordinador de Enlace Acad\u00e9mico, Mauricio Rodr\u00edguez Le\u00f3n, entreg\u00f3 las constancias a los participantes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Dirigido a polic\u00edas municipales y estatales, Guardia Nacional y Secretar\u00eda de Marina, as\u00ed como personal de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Ecatepec.
