{"id":99309,"date":"2026-01-30T06:38:53","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T12:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99309"},"modified":"2026-01-30T06:38:55","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T12:38:55","slug":"registra-cdmx-aumento-de-8-5-en-ingresos-saf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99309","title":{"rendered":"Registra CDMX aumento de 8.5% en ingresos: SAF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-Respecto al financiamiento, la CDMX registr\u00f3 un desendeudamiento real de 0.6 por ciento respecto al cierre de 2024.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Durante 2025, la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (CDMX) registr\u00f3 ingresos por 334 mil 327.6 millones de pesos, lo que representa un aumento de 8.5 por ciento respecto a lo recaudado en 2024, inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas local (SAF).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su Informe de Avance Trimestral correspondiente a enero-diciembre de 2025, destac\u00f3 que la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico contin\u00faa siendo la \u00fanica entidad federativa con m\u00e1s del 50 por ciento de recaudaci\u00f3n local y con mayor recaudaci\u00f3n propia del pa\u00eds.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La SAF destac\u00f3 el incremento de 21.7% anual en los ingresos en CDMX, impulsados por los aumentos en la recaudaci\u00f3n del Impuesto sobre n\u00f3minas, de 37.5%o, y en la recaudaci\u00f3n del Impuesto Predial, de 21.8%.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El gasto neto total ascendi\u00f3 a 318 mil 165.2 mdp, con cifras preliminares de ejercido m\u00e1s comprometido, lo que representa un monto mayor en 3.9 por ciento respecto al ejercicio fiscal de 2024 y la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico increment\u00f3 9.5 por ciento anual.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto al financiamiento, la CDMX registr\u00f3 un desendeudamiento real de 0.6 por ciento respecto al cierre de 2024 y en l\u00ednea con el techo financiero aprobado por los Congresos local y federal.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de los ingresos locales, los ingresos tributarios se incrementaron 24.9 por ciento respecto a lo recaudado el a\u00f1o anterior, impulsados por el crecimiento de 37.5 por ciento anual en la recaudaci\u00f3n del Impuesto sobre N\u00f3minas, detall\u00f3 la secretar\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Respecto al financiamiento, la CDMX registr\u00f3 un desendeudamiento real de 0.6 por ciento respecto al cierre de 2024.
