{"id":99350,"date":"2026-02-03T05:52:18","date_gmt":"2026-02-03T11:52:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99350"},"modified":"2026-02-03T05:52:22","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T11:52:22","slug":"atencion-directa-en-cuarta-jornada-del-programa-de-audiencias-justicia-cercana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99350","title":{"rendered":"Atenci\u00f3n directa en cuarta jornada del Programa de Audiencias \u201cJusticia Cercana\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-El Magistrado Presidente brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n directa a 15 personas en la Escuela Judicial de Texcoco.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de la pol\u00edtica institucional orientada a consolidar un Poder Judicial m\u00e1s humano, cercano, transparente y confiable, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la cuarta jornada del \u201cPrograma de Audiencias Justicia Cercana\u201d Texcoco, encabezada por el Magistrado H\u00e9ctor Macedo Garc\u00eda, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante los trabajos desarrollados en la Escuela Judicial de Texcoco, el Magistrado Presidente brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n a 15 personas, quienes expusieron de manera personal sus inquietudes y necesidades relacionadas con la impartici\u00f3n de justicia, en un ejercicio de apertura y cercan\u00eda.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada persona fue canalizada al equipo multidisciplinario, por lo que Macedo Garc\u00eda estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por las juezas: Mar\u00eda Elena Pons Escalera, Enlace en Materia Civil y Mercantil, y Mar\u00eda de Lourdes Hern\u00e1ndez Gardu\u00f1o, Enlace en Materia Familiar, as\u00ed como el Juez C\u00e9sar Bulmaro D\u00edaz Mor\u00e1n, Coordinador de Enlaces con \u00d3rganos Jurisdiccionales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/13atencion-2-1024x506.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/13atencion-2-1024x506.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/13atencion-2-300x148.jpg 300w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/13atencion-2-768x379.jpg 768w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/13atencion-2.jpg 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el Magistrado Sergio Castillo Miranda, Coordinador de Relaciones Intergubernamentales e Interinstitucionales; Laura Carolina Arce Noriega, Directora de Igualdad y Derechos Humanos; y Cristel Yunuen Pozas Serrano, Secretaria de Acuerdos para el seguimiento de los asuntos.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta jornada, el titular del Tribunal Superior de Justicia recorri\u00f3 el edificio de Juzgados Civiles y Familiares de Texcoco, donde convers\u00f3 con servidoras y servidores judiciales, a quienes reconoci\u00f3 por su labor, dedicaci\u00f3n y compromiso, haciendo \u00e9nfasis en mantener un actuar cercano y accesible con las personas usuarias.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante este programa se refrenda el compromiso institucional de acercar la justicia a la ciudadan\u00eda y de construir soluciones en beneficio de las y los mexiquenses, as\u00ed como fortalecer el di\u00e1logo directo, la atenci\u00f3n personalizada y la confianza ciudadana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-El Magistrado Presidente brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n directa a 15 personas en la Escuela Judicial de Texcoco.
