{"id":99910,"date":"2026-02-12T07:25:17","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T13:25:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99910"},"modified":"2026-02-12T07:25:22","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T13:25:22","slug":"entregan-mara-lezama-e-infonavit-80-viviendas-en-cancun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/?p=99910","title":{"rendered":"Entregan Mara Lezama e INFONAVIT 80 viviendas en Canc\u00fan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>-El programa Viviendas para el Bienestar impulsa justicia social, cancela cr\u00e9ditos impagables y proyecta una inversi\u00f3n superior a 37 mil millones de pesos en la entidad<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">La gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa y el director general del INFONAVIT, Octavio Romero Oropeza, encabezaron la entrega de llaves a 80 familias que se inscribieron al programa Viviendas para el Bienestar, destinado a derechohabientes que menos ganan.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstamos entregando llaves, pero en realidad estamos haciendo justicia social, consolidando sue\u00f1os de a\u00f1os, de personas que esperaron y hoy ya tienen su casa\u201d, expres\u00f3 la gobernadora.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de liberar cr\u00e9ditos que llegaron a ser impagables por f\u00f3rmulas que, desde un escritorio, aplicaron gobiernos neoliberales, con decisiones basadas en el ego\u00edsmo, pero que con este gobierno de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n se acaba.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el fraccionamiento INFONAVIT Para\u00edso Maya, de Canc\u00fan, las primeras en recibir sus llaves fueron Silvia Elena Mat\u00fa Arana y Sonia Patricia Vel\u00e1zquez de la Cruz. En este fraccionamiento se construyen 5 mil viviendas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Romero Oropeza, director general del INFONAVIT, explic\u00f3 que con el respaldo de la gobernadora Mara Lezama y las y los presidentes municipales ya iniciaron obra en 12 conjuntos por m\u00e1s de 30 mil viviendas en Chetumal, Playa del Carmen y Canc\u00fan.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/4entrega-1024x506.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99914\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/4entrega-1024x506.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/4entrega-300x148.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/4entrega-768x379.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/theinformant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/4entrega.jpeg 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Record\u00f3 que la meta para el INFONAVIT en Quintana Roo creci\u00f3 a 62 mil viviendas, lo que significa una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 37 mil millones de pesos en la administraci\u00f3n de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El director del Instituto afirm\u00f3 que gracias a la presidenta se est\u00e1n simplificando los requisitos para los cr\u00e9ditos, lo que permite que m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes est\u00e9n adquiriendo su vivienda.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el evento tambi\u00e9n se entregaron cancelaciones de cr\u00e9ditos que se han pagado por a\u00f1os y que eran ya impagables.
